  Lied about their promo for a free cal out fee - don’t trust them if they say there isn’t one. I checked thrice with them that is it free regardless of if I get the job done or not - lady on the phone said yes it’s a promo it’s free no charge even if you don’t get the job done- they still charged $50 for the call out because I didn’t get the job done and refused to waive it. When I called to ask why, he’s like oh call back later cause the lady who managed this is on the clock. No taking responsibility, no customer service BEFORE I even got any work done- how can you expect to have after work service ! Never getting work done from these guy and wouldn’t recommend them if you’re looking for honest customer service.

  I would use them again and recommend them to everyone, i had a blocked drain, they came out within the hour, advised me with different options on what i could do to permanently fix the issue, kept me in the loop now i have an amazing system, and a plumber i would use for a lifetime. great work.

  What an excellent company, i would defiantly use them again, i had a busted hot water system, they came out within the hour, notified me of the issue, quoted me for a upgrade,and got it done all in the same day without any hassle, and even took the old hot water system with them. Would recommend Red plumbing to everyone that wants there plumbing works done properly well done.

  I Called Red plumbing over the weekend I had a sudden burst pipe and was extremely worried a well informed plumber named joe arrived within the hour. Considering it was a weekend, the call out fee was very affordable compared to the few services I called. Pleasant experience from the call to replacing my damaged pipe. Thank you once again joe! And thank you Red plumbing! I highly recommend this service.
