  Our decision to use the Northern Rivers decking tiles was made easy for us during a visit to the Revesby outlet. The people were friendly and helpful and showed us a number of potential styles and timber colours. The way that the tiles inter-connect using an ingenious plinth with precision locating pins meant that we were able to lay them in just a couple of hours. Each tile is robustly constructed such that cutting them to fit doesn’t impair their integrity.

  While the decking tiles come oiled, I chose to apply two coats of Intergrain Ultradeck which I have also used on all of the other timber work within our entertainment area.

  The entertainment area we created has transformed poorly finished concrete and ugly besser block retaining walls into a protected sanctuary that is warm and inviting even when the winds are up on the other side of the house. The transformation can be seen in the photos we've attached.

  I had been looking for a timber feature wall solution to DIY - and I certainly found one. I am in Melbourne but this was no barrier for the team at Northern Rivers Timber. They assisted me with estimating the correct amount, the edge timber and installation was a breeze. Delivery to Melbourne was approx $80. I am absolutely thrilled with the outcome. Easy to install and great value. It's transformed our bedroom look and feel. Very happy.

  Such a great company, really helpful staff who even from afar were able to help us with ideas for our outdoor living area. We went with the recycled railway sleeper tiles and we absolutely love the them, they have created such a nice useable space outside for us, and the ramps are perfect. They were so easy to install to, great simple solution that receives so many comments from people visiting our place. Thanks so much again, the tiles were such a good solution for us!
